The calculation of the power of the LED light bar is related to the matching of the power supply. The LED light bar power supply: Since the power supply is not distributed when the LED light bar is purchased, after calculating the length of the required LED light bar, the required power supply is calculated. The power then matches the power supply.
The power of different LED strips is different, so the power of the matching power supply should be carefully selected. Here is a list of the power of the LED strip:
0603LED light bar: 12V, 60 LEDs per meter, 1.5W per meter;
1210LED light bar: 12V, 60 LEDs per meter, 4.8W per meter;
5050LED light bar: 12V, 30 LEDs per meter, 7.2W per meter;
5050LED light bar: 12V, 60 LEDs per meter, 14.4W per meter of power;
For example, if you buy a 5050 LED light bar, the matching power supply is 12V, 4A specifications, then one power supply can only have 6 meters 5050 LED light bar. Because the power of the 5050 LED strip is 7.2W per meter, the total power of 6 meters is 43.2W, and the rated power of the power supply is 48W. It is generally not recommended to use the power supply at full load, because that has a great impact on the life of the power supply. It is recommended to use only the power supply. 95%.
