First, the foundation pouring
1, determine the position of the lamp:

2. The embedding of embedded parts:

4 C20 concrete is used for pouring and fixing, and vibrating sticks should not be disabled during pouring to ensure the overall compactness and firmness.
3. After the construction is completed, the residual sludge on the positioning plate shall be promptly cleaned, and the impurities on the bolts shall be cleaned with waste oil.
4. During the solidification process of concrete, it is necessary to water conservation at regular time; until the concrete is completely solidified (generally over 72 hours), the installation of the chandelier can be performed.
Second, solar module installation
1. The positive and negative poles of the output of the battery pack must be taken to avoid short circuit before being connected to the controller;
2. The solar battery module and bracket should be firm and reliable when they are connected;
3, the output line of the component should be exposed and tied with a tie;
4. The orientation of the battery pack is toward the south, whichever is the direction of the compass.
5. The angle between the bracket and the horizontal plane shall be based on the latitude of the installation location, or it may be adjusted based on the ±5 degree on the basis of again.
Third, the battery installation
1. When the battery is placed in a buried box, it must be handled gently to prevent it from being buried.
2. The connecting wire between the (terminal) battery must be bolted to the terminal of the battery and copper gasket is used to enhance the conductivity; it is generally recommended to use the battery with wire when buried.
3, the output line is connected to the battery in any case after the prohibition of short-circuit, to avoid damage to the battery;
4. When the output line of the battery is connected with the controller in the power pole, it must pass the PVC threading pipe;
5. After completing the above, check the wiring on the controller side to prevent short circuit. Close the door of the control box after normal.
Fourth, lighting installation
1, the device is fixed:

4. Put the battery into a buried box and connect the cable to the controller according to the technical requirements.
First: Connect the battery controller and the battery indicator on the controller is on;
Second: Connect the solar panel with the controller, and the solar indicator light on the controller is on;
Third: Finally connect the load
Fourth: When connecting and operating, be sure to pay attention to the wiring and the terminals marked on the controller can not be connected wrong, positive and negative polarity can not be collided, can not be reversed; otherwise the controller may be damaged.
5, debugging system is working properly:
1 When there is light during the day, loosen the solar panel connection on the controller. The light is on (usually it takes 5 to 10 minutes to unplug the solar cable);

4 If the controller is skilled in operation, some manufacturers' controllers have manual debugging mode and can directly perform equipment testing.
V. Precautions
1. Eight misunderstandings of solar street lighting installation1. There are too many obstructions in the installation area, which leads to a decrease in the charging efficiency of solar panels.

4, double-side lights, solar panels face to face tilt.
