Correct detection step:
1) Color detection is the first to prepare a colorimetric sample;
2) After the color sample is ready, the light source is selected. According to the color requirements and use environment of the product and the customer's requirements for the light source of the product, the choice of the light source is decided. Briefly introduce the light source in the standard light source box:
a) D65 lamp: the necessary light source for the standard light source box, belonging to the simulated artificial fluorescent lamp, color temperature 6500K, referred to as D65 fluorescent lamp.
b) F/A lamp: This kind of light source belongs to the household and hotel indoor light source, and the color high and low temperature test chamber temperature is 2700.
c) CWF lamp: It is a commonly known department store lamp or "cold white lamp", which is configured as a CWF light source lamp used by general department stores in the United States.
d) TL84 lamp: This is a commonly used power-saving lamp in Europe.
e) UV lamp: It is ultraviolet light, etc. This kind of light source is suitable for detecting textiles, papers, etc. containing brighteners, and can also help identify paints containing metal powder.

4) Pay attention to the use and maintenance of standard light source box
a) Determine the stable 220V±20V power supply of the standard light source box and supply the power well to prevent the voltage from being unstable and damage the electronic equipment inside the light box, affecting the luminosity and colorimetric work.
b) The standard has a damaged current. When using it, be careful not to exceed this rated current to avoid accidents.
c) Where the standard light source box is protected from the place where it is not subject to external strong light, if the conditional company is doing it is to design the darkroom, and do not place any debris inside the light box.
d) The standard light source box should not be placed more than 1 meter in height, which is convenient for observation and suitable for finding good observation angles.
e) In the color sample test, the color sample should be placed in the center of the light box. If there are multiple samples to compare, it should be placed side by side in the light box, so be careful not to overlap.
f) Prevent the paint on the inner wall of the light box from being contaminated and peeled off to avoid affecting the observation environment. DIN cup BR>g) Do not touch the bulb by hand. One of these bulbs is extremely hot and can be burnt. Then it stains the bulb with oil and other stains, causing local heat dissipation and burning.
