LED explosion-proof emergency light integrated and split type how to choose
Explosion-proof metal halide lamps as an example:
Standard configuration: When the battery is 6 amps, the 35 watt emergency takes about 90 minutes and the 70 watt emergency takes about 45 minutes, which means the discharge time.
LED explosion-proof emergency light as an example:
Standard configuration: When the battery is 6 amps, a 50 watt emergency takes about 60 minutes, and a 100 watt emergency takes about 30 minutes, which means the discharge time.
Standard configuration: When the battery is 9.6 amps, a 50 watt emergency takes approximately 90 minutes, and a 100 watt emergency takes approximately 60 minutes, referring to the discharge time.
LED explosion-proof emergency light types: split type, one type.
Explosion-proof emergency led lamp emergency type:
Type A: The emergency lighting can be started immediately when the main power is cut off, or it can be started at any time during the main power outage by the external switch; (there is no electricity when the power is off)
Type B: purely as emergency lighting, normally closed; (when power is off, it is on during blackout, referred to as "pure emergency")
Type D: Can be used as normal lighting and have emergency power at the same time; (referred to as "lighting emergency dual-use")
Explosion-proof emergency light recommendation: Most of our customers use mostly B-type and D-type.
LED explosion-proof emergency light composition and advantages and disadvantages:
A, split type: Explosion-proof lamps + explosion-proof emergency electrical boxes (built-in emergency circuit boards and conventional energy-saving lithium batteries on the market or the old lead-acid batteries).
Advantages: Split-type explosion-proof emergency lights Due to the separation of the explosion-proof electrical boxes and lamps, the working temperature of the lamps will not affect the emergency circuit boards and batteries in the explosion-proof electrical boxes, improve the explosion-proof performance, and the life of the emergency circuit boards and batteries.
Disadvantages: Split type due to an explosion-proof electrical box housing, increased costs and installation man-hours.
B. Integral components: Explosion-proof lamps and electrical boxes are designed in one piece to directly install emergency circuit boards and battery packs, eliminating the need for explosion-proof electrical boxes.
Advantages: The integrated explosion proof lamp is cheap and easy to install.
Disadvantages: Integrated explosion-proof emergency lights can only do small power, power to do the General Assembly affect the life of circuit boards and batteries.
Explain that customers choose whether to use split type and integrated explosion-proof emergency lights according to their actual needs.
