Expert appraisal opinion: The project focuses on the research of LED light radiation safety inspection methods, development of horizontal distribution photometer two-dimensional rotating platform and test host rail translation platform, establishment of a rapid automatic test and evaluation system, and development of large-scale LED lighting optical radiation safety The test system realizes the test of the blue radiation hazard level and safety distance of large LED lamps on the test system. The system has the characteristics of good applicability of large and small lamps, quick measurement and accuracy of measurement; the project obtained 4 utility model patents and published thesis 3, involved in the formulation of GB/T30117.2-2013, with independent intellectual property rights; calibrated by the Guangzhou Institute of Metrology and Measurement Technology, system technical indicators meet the requirements of IEC/EN62471-2012 standards, the project has been TCL Lighting, Seaton Industry, Guangdong Comet Solar, Xiamen Tongchangyuan and other units provide technical services and have a good promotion value. The appraisal committee believes that the results of the project are innovative and the overall technology is at the leading level in the country, agreeing to pass the identification of scientific and technological achievements.
