According to the staff of the company, the company was not doing well this year, and it will not receive orders after mid-year. In July, it will start unpaid leave in batches, from one to two days. There is no salary from September, and it has been owed for more than two months.

The staff also pointed out that the company's site did not renew the lease together this week. Because of the lack of salary and the company's determination to continue to operate, no one went to work from the end of October.

A few days ago, all 48 employees of the company formed a self-help meeting. On the 18th of this month, they intervened in the Taoyuan County Labor and Industrial Bureau to mediate labor disputes with the employers.

Tian Qifeng, a labor consultant who is responsible for helping the self-help society to fight for rights and interests, pointed out that Zong Ying is small in scale. The workers are mostly middle-aged women. The monthly salary is only NT$20,000. The severance payment is not counted. All 48 people owe wages. 2 million Taiwan dollars. Almost all of these women are from well-off and double-income families. A few months of unpaid wages are a great burden on the family.

Tian Qifeng said that the employer promised to pay off all outstanding wages before the 29th, and another coordination meeting on the 24th, which will confirm the related rights including the severance pay. If the employer promises to skip the ticket, the self-help will not rule out launching more severe resistance.
