Praxair Electronics, a subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., the largest industrial gas company in North America and South America, announced that Taiwanese LED manufacturer Bridgelux, Inc. has included Praxair as a supplier to the advanced LED development center in Livermore, California.
Praxair Electronics will supply ammonia and high-purity hydrogen, both of which are important raw materials for the growth of gallium nitride (GaN) crystals in LED production.
