Third, qualification requirements:
1. The bidder must be an enterprise legal person organization that can be independently responsible for civil liability through the registration of industry and commerce and taxation of the People's Republic of China.
2. The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of bidding products. The bidders of LED lamps must have more than one year experience in the production of high-power LED lighting products; bidders of high-pressure sodium lamps must have more than two years of production experience of similar products. Agents or consortium bids are not accepted.
3. Registered capital: The bidders of LED lamps are not less than RMB 20 million; the bidders of high-pressure sodium lamps are not less than RMB 10 million.
4. The bidder must pass the ISO9000 series quality management system certification.
5. The bidder's LED lamps should be successfully used in domestic highway tunnels or urban roads. High-pressure sodium lamps must be successfully used on domestic highways or urban road tunnels.
Fourth, the main technical requirements:
1. The chip used by the LED light source should be a high-power (rated power not less than 1W) white light product with international advanced level. The luminous efficiency under the condition of 350mA constant current supply should be not less than 80 lm/W, and the white light color rendering index should not be Below 70Ra.
2, LED light source life should be no less than 5 years, that is: LED light source under rated power (350mA working current) conditions, after 5 years of running luminous flux attenuation should not be greater than 30% of the initial value; power supply life should be quite a lot In 3 years.
3. The protection level of tunnel LED lighting fixtures should be no less than IP65.
4. The technical requirements for high pressure sodium lamps are in line with national standards.
5.
