The green light for proper functioning of CW-5200 water chiller turned to yellow light? A counterfeit!

S&A received an email from an American customer Ahern, stating that the indicator for normal operation of a CW-5200 water chiller bought by Ahern turned from green to yellow with pictures of the chiller attached.
At first, S&A was quite confused. When in normal operation, the indicator for normal flow of S&A water chillers will turn green. When a flow alarm is given by the chiller, the flow alarm indicator will turn red. Why was it yellow?
However, on opening the picture of that chiller, S&A immediately knew what happened. This is a counterfeit. The chiller has a T-503 temperature controller very much similar to that of S&A water chiller, but there is still a difference. There is an [S&A" logo at the left upper corner for T-503 temperature controller of S&A Water Chiller. The body of S&A chillers is printed with the automatic screen printing machine to perfectly show the exquisite details and provide textural quality.
