In addition, the so-called new type of lighting LED lamps at this stage are mostly designed with reference to the basic elements of incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps, that is, in addition to the luminous tubes, the basic structure and principle of the original lamps are used, which makes the advantages of LED lighting insufficient. Sha Yongkang said that the Hezhong Research Institute has taken into account some of the shortcomings of the current LED lighting structure. By improving the design concept of some structural components and changing the original lighting structure, the LED lamps can be improved in principle from the heat dissipation problem. 40% lower cost

At present, the pattern structure of LED lamps inherits the basic styles of incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps, which is relatively smooth for applications, but it loses the characteristics of LED itself, and it is inevitable that it is not competitive because of its shortcomings. Therefore, Sha Yongkang said that the existing luminaire construction needs to be re-innovated and innovative.

Sha Yongkang believes that if the lamp that best shows the advantages of LED is to be produced, the innovative premise is to provide DC power supply, directly supply LED lamps, reduce the driving circuit, use less electronic components, use space to dissipate heat, and the lamps can be used less or not. Device.

If a road DC system supplies power to it, electronic circuits and components are reduced, saving both cost and life. At present, converting AC power to DC power accounts for about 20% of the cost of the product. As far as the working voltage is concerned, as long as it does not affect the quality of the power supply, no pressure drop can be generated, that is, the design can meet the requirements of the lamp and the power supply.

According to Sha Yongkang, the new light source integrated body developed by Hezhong Research Institute has been applied to bulbs, fluorescent lamps and street lamps. It mainly improves the driving and heat dissipation aspects of the original structure. There are problems with LED chips that can only emit light on one side.
